1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements. Provide accurate account information, keep login details secure and use only accounts you are authorized to control.

2. Marketplace role

LoopAfri provides a marketplace where publishers and workers can find, manage and document digital work. LoopAfri is not the employer of workers, does not guarantee a particular outcome and does not hold or transfer task rewards.

3. Tasks and submissions

• Publishers must provide complete, accurate and lawful task requirements.
• Workers must provide original work that meets the accepted brief.
• Tasks and worker submissions may require platform review before becoming visible to the next participant.
• Review by LoopAfri is a platform safety and completeness check, not a guarantee of commercial quality.

4. Direct payments

Publishers pay workers directly after accepting approved work. Users are responsible for using accurate payment information, complying with applicable tax obligations and keeping payment records. LoopAfri may record payment status and evidence but does not control bank transfers.

5. Intellectual property

Users retain rights they already own. Unless a task states otherwise, agreed rights in a commissioned deliverable transfer or are licensed to the publisher after full payment. Workers must not submit content they do not have the right to use.

6. Reviews and conduct

Reviews must reflect genuine completed work. Users may not manipulate ratings, threaten retaliatory feedback, impersonate others or publish private information.

7. Enforcement

LoopAfri may reject, restrict, suspend, remove or preserve content and accounts when needed to enforce these terms, investigate risk, protect users or comply with law.

8. Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, LoopAfri is not responsible for indirect losses, user conduct, off-platform communications or a bank transfer controlled by another provider. Mandatory local consumer rights are not excluded.
