• Account information such as name, email address, country, role and verification status.
• Profile information such as skills, portfolio links, biography and profile image.
• Task, application, submission, review, support and dispute information.
• Worker bank details used for direct payments between task participants.
• Technical information such as device, browser, IP address and security events.

2. How we use information

• Provide, secure and improve the LoopAfri marketplace.
• Verify accounts and send service, security and task communications.
• Review tasks and submissions, prevent misuse and resolve support requests.
• Show relevant profiles, opportunities, reputation and work history.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce platform rules.

3. Bank account information

Worker bank details are not displayed publicly. They are made available only to the relevant publisher when an approved task reaches the direct-payment stage, and to authorized staff where support or safety review requires access.

LoopAfri does not hold user funds or operate a wallet. Publishers pay workers directly using the agreed payment method.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share information only when needed to operate the service, complete a user-requested workflow, protect the platform, comply with law, or support a business transaction. Providers may include hosting, email, storage, security and analytics services.

5. International processing and retention

LoopAfri serves users in multiple countries. Information may be processed where LoopAfri or its service providers operate. We retain information for as long as needed for accounts, task records, safety, disputes, legal obligations and legitimate business purposes.

6. Your choices and rights

• Update your profile and communication preferences.
• Manage optional cookies and analytics preferences.
• Request access, correction, export or deletion of eligible personal information.
• Close your account, subject to outstanding tasks, disputes and retention requirements.
